1. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Germany.
Expedited shipping options may also be available during checkout for an additional fee. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed. We do not apply hidden shipping fees.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Once an order has been placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that order processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
3. Delivery Times
Following dispatch, delivery generally takes between 5–14 business days depending on destination, carrier operations, and logistical conditions.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs procedures, peak shopping periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Order Tracking
Every order includes full tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email which can be used to monitor shipment progress.
If tracking information has not updated within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us at kontakt@egonhaus.de so we can investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.
5. Fulfilment & Logistics
To ensure efficient order processing and reliable delivery, orders may be fulfilled through our logistics network operating across Germany, China, and the United States. Products are shipped from the fulfilment centre best positioned to provide efficient routing, inventory availability, and timely delivery.
Regardless of the fulfilment location, every product undergoes the same strict quality control procedures and inspection standards before shipment to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
All orders are packed using reinforced, tamper-evident packaging designed to protect products throughout transit.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders delivered within Germany are generally not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes at the time of delivery.
If any government authority, customs office, or regulatory body imposes charges that are outside our control, such charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
We strive to provide transparent pricing and avoid unexpected costs whenever possible.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or cannot be delivered due to a shipping-related issue, please contact us immediately at kontakt@egonhaus.de.
Where a shipping issue is confirmed, customers may choose either a free replacement or a full refund. We are committed to resolving delivery problems fairly and efficiently.
Claims relating to damaged deliveries should be reported as soon as possible and accompanied by photographs where available.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the information before dispatch.
Once an order has entered transit, we are generally unable to redirect or modify the destination address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will arrange reshipment at no additional shipping charge once the correct address has been confirmed.
