1. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Germany.
Where available, expedited shipping options may be selected during checkout for an additional fee. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before your purchase is completed. We do not charge hidden shipping or handling fees.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your package has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Orders are processed on business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes between 5 and 14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
4. Order Tracking
Every order includes full shipment tracking at no additional cost.
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been dispatched.
If your tracking information has not updated within seven business days after dispatch, please contact us at kontakt@egonhaus.de, and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
5. Fulfilment & Logistics
To provide efficient delivery and optimise shipping times, orders may be fulfilled through our operational distribution centres located in the United States, China, and Germany, depending on inventory availability and the fulfilment centre closest to the delivery destination.
Regardless of the fulfilment location, every product undergoes the same strict quality control procedures before shipment to ensure consistent quality standards.
All orders are carefully packed using secure, reinforced, tamper-evident packaging to protect products during transportation.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders delivered within Germany, customers should not normally incur additional customs duties or import taxes.
If an order is shipped from a fulfilment location outside the European Union and any customs duties, VAT adjustments, or import charges become payable under applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations if you have any questions regarding potential import charges.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@egonhaus.de.
Our customer support team will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, damaged during transit, or otherwise affected due to our error or the carrier's handling, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the shipping address before the order has been dispatched.
Once a parcel has entered transit, shipping addresses cannot be modified or redirected.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will reship the order free of charge once the correct delivery information has been confirmed.
