We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs after an order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Payments are securely processed through Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet.
Promotions, discounts, and promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Egon Haus.
A legally binding sales contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, payment authorisation failure, inventory errors, pricing errors, or suspected abuse of our services.
7. Cancellations
Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process, cancellation requests can only be accepted within two hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers must wait for delivery and, if eligible, follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where a cancellation is successfully accepted before dispatch, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may appear during the following one or two billing cycles.
